Cecily Witt-Muhammad is a life coach, educator, financial strategist, and owner of askCecily, Coaching and Consulting. With over 20 years in Human Resources, Cecily is recognized for her proven ability to guide management and employees across diverse industries. Her journey includes:
Certified HR Officer & Life Coach: This dual expertise uniquely positions Cecily to understand both the structural and personal aspects of professional growth.
Associate Professor at Webster University: Sharing her knowledge with future leaders, Cecily has earned acclaim for her engaging, practical teaching style.
Educational Credentials: A BS in Management and a dual Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development underscore her dedication to excellence and continuous learning.
Industry Leadership: She has held leadership roles in small and medium-sized companies and recently stepped down from the National Human Resources Association–St. Louis Board of Directors to become a scholar in Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women in Business program.
Community Involvement: Whether subcontracting for AAIM Employers’ Association or volunteering with local non-profits, Cecily is committed to service and impact.
In her personal life, Cecily is the wife of Daryl, the mom of her beloved son Jalil (the “Prince”), and an avid fan of basketball, boxing, movies, and red wine. Today, she calls O’Fallon, Missouri, home, embracing every moment to live, learn, and uplift others.
